ABOUT ME

First off, thank you for showing interest in my writing. Your support means the world to me!

I am a writer originally from Murray, Kentucky, a tiny town at the state's western tip. I have a love for travel, coffee, yummy vegan treats, and everything in between. I lived in Melbourne, Australia, for a stint before moving to my present location: Wilmington, North Carolina, where I am (somewhat) learning to surf and (mostly) nearly drowning every time I mount the board.

I am an MFA candidate in Creative Writing at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, where I am also pursuing a Certificate in Publishing. I serve as managing editor for Punk Eek, a new online environmental literary magazine.

I am currently working on a speculative essay collection that explores the folklore and superstitious nature of Kentuckiana. I also have a science fantasy novel in the works.
